   Since I’ll never be able to come up with a math or physics solution, here’s my take:

   Perished Quarters
   Cries Granulate Into Jabbing Lesions … Mortar … Napalm … Shrapnel … Uncasked Vestiges, War Zone

   I am tempted to take a picture of a computer keyboard and connect the characters you have indicated. Probably a figure or diagram is going to emerge? But I don’t know yet what the line breaks could mean!
