Here’s another Oulipo poem for you. Can you determine its unusual construction?

I need a hard copy dictionary. Is this N+7?
I guess not since “N+7” is cryptic to me!
One common version of Oulipo poetry is to substitute every single noun in a poem with a different word that is 7 places further in a dictionary.
